Refunds & Cancellations
Life happens! If you need to cancel:
- Cancel 3+ weeks before the class starts, and we’ll refund you in full, minus a $25 admin fee.
- Cancel 2 weeks before, and we’ll refund you 50%.
- Cancel less than 2 weeks out, and we’re unable to offer a refund.
Missed Classes
- If you can’t make a class due to illness or something personal, we don’t offer refunds or makeup sessions.
- That said, we’ll do our best to help you catch up where we can – just have a chat with your tutor.
- If we need to cancel a class because of low enrolments, you’ll get a full refund, no worries.
- Sometimes we might need to change the tutor for a class – we’ll let you know ahead of time if that happens.
One-Off Events & Workshops
- For one-off classes and events, we don’t offer refunds or rebookings if you can’t make it – think of it like buying a ticket to a concert or movie.
- Can’t attend? You’re welcome to pass your spot on to a friend – just let us know their name.
Changing Group Numbers
- If your group numbers change, just let us know at least 24 hours before your class. If you’re adding people, we’ll need to check we’ve got enough equipment and materials. If you’re taking people out, we need a heads-up so we can make sure our staffing fits the group.
- If your party is smaller than your booking with out notice, you will be charged for the orginal number.
Collecting Your Work
- We totally get that life gets busy, but please collect your finished pieces within 3 months – after that, we’ll need to clear the shelves and let your work go.
